If there is any scrutineering, it will be for basics, like: * wheels on tight and no obvious wobbles (bearings etc.) * indicators and brake lights work * bonnet/boot has no loose items * seat belts functional * seats secure As for helmets, the BS sticker you need is at [url="http://www.mgs-on-track.com/images/uploads/BS6658-t.JPG"]http://www.mgs-on-track.com/images/uploads/BS6658-t.JPG[/url]
