OK hope you all had a good day and throughly enjoyed yourselves, learnt something not only about your cars, but perhaps about yourself:confused: It certainly was challenging, changable conditions. Unfortunately because we were so short handed on the organisation front, there will not be too many pictures. I only got the chance to take a few on the sprint circuit this afternoon. So I have not been able to snap everybody:mad: , it also is difficult to do when not every car comes out on that particular test:( What happened there then guys, I think there were at least eight cars who never gave it one single go:confused: Still it was fun watching you and the pictures I do have will go up over the next 4/5 days as I'm rather busy. Cheers, Martin.

Well i certainly had a fantastic day - well worth the 8 1/2 hour round trip lol. It was really good to challenge both myself and my car to see what we are both capable of. The marshalls were fantastic and I found them very encouraging which was nice for those of us with a slightly nervous disposition!! I had so much fun, can't wait to push myself more now and do something bigger and better next time :D

How was the traffic. We hung around in the pub till 7:30 and got a good run going south and round the M25.

Never seen the M25 (anti-clock) so empty on a Friday night after a North Weald day. :) Thanks for the tip off Stu!

Was home in just over the hour.. Hope everyone had a great day, I never even got to really see the top circuits properly but did enjoy timing you all on the slalom and afternoon sprint activities. For those who haven't done a trackday before why not make it a 'must do' for next year. Just as North Weald, you'll have a silly grin by the end of the day !:o:) Tim - You need another F, Francis wants yours :D Jan - I am going to be pestering you even more about doing a track day now.. See you all soon folks Stu

I'd never have known you were short handed, you all did a fantastic job :D I've put a few pictures up that I took and a couple that I didn't - no idea how they got in there. Thanks all and will have to do another track day soon :)

Got rid of the rogue pics maxalan. Anyone else got some?

Sorry, I didn't take any photos this time. I was a little bit pre-occupied during the day and spent most of it on the phone :( I'm afraid I was a bit negligent in my marshalling duties in the afternoon.

I've also added my pics to the Gallery now. They are pretty poor quality due to being a phone not a camera but its all I had with me! I also took a few videos, again on my phone so quality not great - but sound is bearable. Thanks to everyone who made marshalling such a pleasure. The pub delay worked well and I didn't experience any problems and arrived home for 10.30. I was helped by a fuel stop which delayed me further and Jennie phoned from the M1 to say it wasn't moving so I went for the M40. So Jennie may have had a hundred odd extra horses but I still was home first. :D Neil

Ok folks, all the pictures from me now in the gallery. Can I just say I didn't mean to imply any criticism of anybody, when I mentioned how short we were of helpers. I meant it as an explanation of why not every car was snapped, I know some people do wonder why isn't my car in there if they get missed. Sadly I can't make Donnington:( , but look forward to catching up with many of you at Goodwood in November:D Cheers, Martin.
