Hi, unfortunately the TF and ZR have very different suspension/brake setups. Although the AP callipers could possibly made to fit the ZR by using carriers to mount them on the hubs, the disks would present a problem as the standard ZR disks are too small for the AP callipers, and larger 304mm TF wont fit as the TF has a different PCD and offset. This would mean custom disks made would be required, which I imagine would be costly. I tried EBC greenstuff pads and Turbogroove disks on my old R200Vi and wasn't hugely impressed, though that was several years ago so the newer compounds may be better. Mintex pads, particularly 1144 compound, have a good reputation in the F/TF community so may be worth seeing if you can get them for the ZR.

I believe the ZS 160/180 callipers and carriers will fit a ZR. You'll need disks as well of course.

HI from Gary...I have a ZR160 and am in the process of trying to improve the braking ...I have Mailed Powerstop to see if they do a Redstuff pad for the ZR .. .I can vouch for the GreenStuff pads and Grooved discs as I fitted them to my F last year and I increased my approach speed to Paddock by 9 mpf due to later and better braking ..:D
