Hi there
You certainly have lots to choose from but be aware that very few on the market are actually made to act as real roll hoops, most might offer a little extra protection but are largely aesthetic.
I think X-power did bring some out that were actually tested, the only problem with these is you have to remove the hoops to access the engine cover.
Mike Satur does a fair range of hoops but clearly states that no testing has been done

I'm not sure who stocks the x-power ones now, maybe someone else might be able to enlighten you

Hi Stu,
I'm not sure everyone is aware that for modern MG's X-part has its own website for accerories to fit ZR, ZS, ZT, MGF & MGTF, also complete range for matching Rover models.
Go to http://www.mgroveraccessories.com where you can order on line, if you want to talk to somebody they've also got a contact number.
Safety roll hoops, that according to the blurb are integrated into the chassis are priced at,
£229.95 for a pair of hoops and £52.11 for the fitting kit. Same price for both models.
It is worth checking out if you are after genuine bits as some prices ARE cheaper than I've seen at the likes of Brown & Gammons for example.
Cheers,
Martin.;)

We have a set of the new XPart hoops in stock at the moment. They are the white silver ones and this set we will sell for £211.91 plus VAT. As mentioned, a fitting kit is required.

The x-part prices are including VAT on the roll hoops, but not on the fitting kit? Then of course you have to add carriage and fitting. No prices qouted for either, so if you want the pucker stuff get in touch with Ralph, who of course can supply & fit and I've seen some of their work and it is top notch, without question.:D
Cheers,
Martin.
