Seriously though, there are a couple of insurance companies that offer road car insurance that covers the occassional track day.
Competition Car insurance is one - I have spoken to Mr Egger directly, and they now offer a roadster policy that covers MGs for track events as well as road.
Interestingly, Aon offer a similar service - Dave has his car insured through them.
Peter Best have recently moved to insure MGs on track too.
And I've been chatting to Steve Marsh about track insurance as well...
So there are a number of options to look at - it's a question of phoning around to see what suits you and your pocket best.
