09/02/2006 00:37:52 Dave A second opportunity to drive the Silverstone GP circuit , but this time it's Lotus on Track who are the organisers and MGoT who are sharing. Track time starts at 10.00 and continues until 17:00 with a one hour lunch break, giving six hours of track time. We'll divide this up into three 20 minute sessions per hour - one for MGs on Track and two for Lotus on Track. 30/09/2006 08:40:48 Ollie Hello, I've often read reports about MGoT's activities and have just joined the forum. I'm a member of the Northants MGOC and was wondering if one or two of us could come along to the meeting at Silverstone. Is there a charge for spectators? Cheers.

30/09/2006 10:04:48 Tim Ollie, You're more than welcome to come an watch, meet the crowd and if you bring a helmet along I'm sure a number of us would be happy to offer passenger laps. The days are always very friendly and I for one will always be wandering around the pitlane chatting to all-and-sundry. The day starts at 9.00 finishes at 4.00 or 5.00 (light dependent) just turn up at any time during the day. If you do come ask any of the MG drivers to point you in the direction of one of the MGoT committee members and introduce yourself we can answer any questions you may have, and tempt you in to attending a number of trackdays next year we hope. Gift vouchers will be available for Christmas, birthday's and bar mitzvah's if you want to give hints to family members :) Tim
