Interesting policy on refunds.
But I think we need a set of T&Cs.

It is somewhat off-putting isn't it? But probably all common-sense stuff.
We could certainly learn from this, and produce something similar?

I thought I'd cobble some draft T&Cs together for the web-site and commitee comment and, naturally, LoT T&Cs seemed a good starting point!
;)
I noticed a rogue "An" before "Lotus on Track" in one place and just wondered if they'd "borrowed" Easytrack's T&Cs... and indeed they have!
:D
Now I do like the T&Cs (with slight amendment) but if we adopt them without substantial variation, it's worth bearing in mind we may need to check with Marcus as well as Paul? Any thoughts?

Brilliant - well done Jennie :D
As for checking with Easytrack, that shouldn't be a problem - especially if we go via Paul to do this. Drop Paul a quick email to ask who to contact and get his view on it. IMO it's just a courtesy thing rather than a copyright thing.
