A very reluctant sale of my lovely 1971 MG Midget 1275. I have owned her for 15 years, but it is time to move on to another car now.

This is one very well sorted Midget. She goes incredibly well, handles fantastically and is super reliable. I’ve driven her to Le Mans and back in the last few years with no issues what so ever. It’s not standard, so not to everyone’s taste, but it is way better that it was when it came out of the factory in 1971. She has the original look and turns a lot of heads.

I’ve put a lot of detail into the handling of the car rather than go for max power. However, the engine is really strong with 98 BHP, with the power spread throughout the rev range. I had the engine and Weber carb properly set up on a rolling road.

The bodywork is in great condition, not perfect, but there’s no bad rust anywhere. There’s a few slight bubbles in the usual places.

Have a read through the spec below, you won’t find a better spec’d Midget than this.

I’m open to questions and sensible offers. £9950
