Hi Everyone, PLEASE FORWARD THIS EMAIL AND ATTATCHMENTS TO ALL SECOND DRIVERS AND PASSENGERS (The web site does not hold all their email addresses). Attached is the event guide plus appendices and information for our Track Day at Cadwell Park on Monday 12th April 2021. These documents contain all you need to know about the organisation of the day. By now everyone should have sent me their MGoT indemnity forms and scans of their driving licence. MSV will also check the MSV indemnity through the MSV on line registration system (see link below) and your driving licence at MSV signing-on. Note that changing COVID rules may create anomalies in our generic Event Guide and Appendix B, such as references to use of envelopes, catering and garages. If in doubt this email and the Session List takes precedent. PLEASE ARRIVE IN GOOD TIME (This paragraph amends the arrival and sign-on procedure in the generic Event Guide) The gates into Cadwell Park will be open by 07:00. Mark Peters is our Day Manager and will be at signing on to give out any novice stickers. There is no envelope or car number sticker but MSV will be providing green wrist bands and session at signing-on check. The session sticker goes on the top of the windscreen. All driver briefings must be done on-line from 8am on Sunday (see link below).
