1st step.
Email from Opentrack with general info and advice.
In the email is a link to MSV Donington for the event.
Opened link and uploaded personal details and clear image of driving licence.
Ticked boxes accepting terms and conditions.
Message at bottom accepting my on line registation.
The second step comes 24 hours before the event. On line video to watch using the link again.
This is the new safety briefing I think.
More info when Ive seen the video.
So far......very simple

Tonite I logged back in to my MSV page and listened/watch the safety briefing. All the usual stuff we would expect to hear.
It is in sections and at the end of each mini section you click to continue.
At the end it confirms you are good to go.
Quick and simple with no silly jokes no silly questions.
I hope this continues as its better then the waffle sometimes dished up at briefings with unneccessary repetition etc etc.!!!
Main gate is manned.
Entry only to those who have completed both parts I have detailed
Gate has a list of names.
Not on the list??? No entry. Simples.
Just need to collect wristband and put on myself.
Licence kept on me in case of a random check.
Getting excited now. First time out since October last year at Donington with this group

A successful evening at Donington.
Arrive at barrier. give name. List checked. Enter.
Park up and go to a small kiosk in paddock. The usual 2m spcing queue(small)
Hold drivers licence up to screen. Checked.
Get wristband passed to you .
Fit yourself.
Park up to wait for siting laps
Drive on track.....great.
My thoughts......Its simple and its easy to maintain that 2m distancing.
Dave at Opentrack is a good organizer.
Plent of water to help yourself to as usual and sanitizing gel on his table to use.
