Hi All, I sent out the joining instructions and attachments by email this evening, but in case you did not receive them for any reason, the text and attachments are here too. Hi Everyone, Attached is the event guide plus appendices for our Track Day at Goodwood circuit on Saturday 22nd February. These documents contain all you need to know about the organisation of the day before you arrive. PLEASE ARRIVE IN GOOD TIME Sign-on begins at 07:15 and the driver briefing begins at 08:15 prompt. Please arrive at the circuit in good time as the timings between start of sign on and the briefing are tight, you also have to do the noise test in this time. If you arrive after the briefing has started you will have to wait for sign on and a briefing and you may well miss your first session. The gates to the circuit will open at approximately 07:15. PRINT OUT INDEMNITY FORM AND BRING IT FULLY COMPLETED You can help speed up sign-on considerably and reduce queuing time if you print out and complete the indemnity form. The MGoT indemnity form is a PDF attachment, the Goodwood Indemnity requires an iPad for completion which will be provided by the circuit – PLEASE NOTE, THIS WILL INEVITABLY TAKE MORE TIME TO SIGN YOU ON THAN THE PAPER VERSIONS WE HAVE PREVIOUSLY USED. To speed up sign-on, Goodwood have suggested completing the Indemnity registration online before you arrive at the circuit. This is the link and you will only need to enter your name & DOB to bring up your details and sign the Goodwood indemnity. Here is the link: https://www.goodwood.com/disclaimer-form-pre-reg/ We strongly urge you to pre-register. You must have one of each type of indemnity form for every driver and passenger ALL DRIVERS DON'T FORGET YOUR ROAD LICENCE Please don't forget your full licence, every driver has to produce their licence at the sign on, passengers do not need to fill in their licence details on the indemnity or produce it at sign on. All cars must be road legal and conform to current MOT standards where relevant, unless you have agreed otherwise with the MGoT committee in advance. SESSION LIST There are four sessions all MGoT sessions, on track at 09:00, 09:15, 09:30 and 09:45. The MMM Register are the Green session out on track at 30 minutes past the hour. All session times are as detailed in the attached timetable. Please be aware of your session and start time, it is the drivers responsibility to be in the pit lane in time for the start of their session. The list of participants and sessions is in Appendix C attached to this e-mail. PLEASE CHECK YOUR PRE-BOOKED INSTRUCTION OR HELMET HIRE The session list also shows the pre-bookings for instruction and helmet hire. Please check that these are correct.
