Hi Everyone, Attached is the event guide plus appendices for our Track Day at Donington circuit on Monday 7th October. These documents contain all you need to know about the organisation of the day before you arrive. [B]PLEASE ARRIVE IN GOOD TIME[/B] Sign-on begins at 07:30 and the driver briefing begins at 08:30 prompt. Please arrive at the circuit in good time as the timings between start of sign on and the briefing are tight. If you arrive after the briefing has started you will have to wait for sign on and a briefing and you may well miss your first session. The gates to the circuit will open at approximately 07:15. [B]PRINT OUT INDEMNITY FORM AND BRING IT FULLY COMPLETED[/B] You can help speed up sign-on considerably and reduce queuing time if you print out and complete the indemnity form. The MGoT indemnity form is a PDF attachment (Appendix A). [B] [/B] [B] [/B] [B]ALL DRIVERS DON'T FORGET YOUR ROAD LICENCE[/B] Please don't forget your full licence, every driver has to produce their licence at the sign on, passengers do not need to fill in their licence details on the indemnity or produce it at sign on. All cars must be road legal and conform to current MOT standards where relevant, unless you have agreed otherwise with the MGoT committee in advance. [B]SESSION LIST [/B] There are three sessions two are MGoT sessions, on track at 09:00, and 09:40 and at these times past each hour. The third session is a CSMA Club session but we have a few cars running in that session too. This session will be on track at 20 minutes past each hour. Please be aware of your session and start time, it is the drivers responsibility to be in the pit lane in time for the start of their session. The list of participants and sessions is in Appendix C attached to this e-mail.
