Dave, if you've had no other offers yet, then I'll offer my ZS180 for the stand on the 14th - not sure whether I'll be available for the 15th, yet. As mentioned as Silverstone yesterday, I'll be happy to help out on the stand as well.

Excellent - thanks Ralph! Saturday 14th May will be great, as I'm unavailable that day (my wife's birthday!) Barry (McCann) will probably have his car there (Midget) on the Saturday as well. We'll organise a bit of a rota for the stand. I'll be in touch by email. :)

Dave, if your really stuck for Sunday 15th I could come and keep you company and bring my new TF along. Judging by the attention it seems to attract it should bring plenty of people over to the stand.

[size=2]Hi Steve,
You'd be very welcome :) As you say your new TF would really turn some heads :cool:
There's some good news and bad news about the arrangements for display cars. The bad news is that the cars have to be inside the main gates before 8am (otherwise Brands officials will bar entry) and not be able to leave until 5pm. This applies to both days. The good news is that each display car gets a vehicle pass and two free tickets for driver and passenger :D
If you can live with the bad news and are happy to display your car and help out with the stand rota, then as I say we'd be very grateful. If you can't manage the display car commitment, but can still help out on the stand then just say. We'll be sorting out a rota and so the more the merrier. However, as far as I know there are no free tickets available other than with a display car.
Thanks again for your offer :)

OK Dave put me down as a definite for Sunday. I have had an offer of a bed for the night before from a well know MG owner (SF) who doesn't live too far from Brands which could make the early morning journey more bearable.
Either way I'm sure I can get there for 8am (as long as the M25 carpark is open ;) )

Barry McCann and Bob Larcombe are organising the event, as I can only make the Sunday as well. One of them will get back to you with the logistics etc. In the meantime I'll add your name to the list I'll send (today) to the MGOC for vehicle passes and free tickets :)

Hi Dave, I received my tickets and car pass this morning, but I would be grateful if you could get Barry or Bob to give me some info on what to do and where to go when I turn up. Is it correct that I should just have a 'blue' vehicle pass and don't need anything else to get my car on display?

I'm afraid that we don't know any more than you do at the moment, other than the stand area we have will be next door to the MGOC marquee. We'll hopfully find out more next week and let you know.
