PLEASE ARRIVE IN GOOD TIME Sign-on begins at 07:30, upstairs in race control, and the driver briefing begins at 08:30 prompt. Please arrive at the circuit in good time. Note that we will be using the old pits that we have always used in the past, not the Wing pits. We have the garage block closest to race control/sign on (1A to 4C). Lotus on Track and the Lotus 7 Club are sharing our day and have the remaining 2 garage blocks, closest to the pit lane exit. PRINT OUT THE INDEMNITY FORM AND BRING COPIES FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS, FULLY COMPLETED You can help speed up sign-on considerably and reduce queuing time if you print out the indemnity form and complete it before arriving. You must have one form for every driver and passenger. ALL DRIVERS DON'T FORGET YOUR ROAD LICENCE Please don't forget your full licence. Every driver has to produce their licence at the sign on so it is helpful if you have it ready for checking. Passengers do not need to fill in their licence details on the indemnity or produce it at sign on. All cars must be road legal and conform to current MOT standards where relevant, unless you have agreed otherwise with the MGoT committee in advance. SESSION LIST There is one MGoT session, on track at 09:40 and then at 40 mins past each hour. It is the drivers responsibility to be in the pit lane in time for the start of their session. The list of participants in our session is attached. As we are a mixed session with a wide range of cars and experience levels please be extra vigilant when on track. Our overtaking protocols will be rigidly enforced! When lining up in the pit lane before each session starts, try to let the faster cars go to the front of the line. This helps to prevent bunching on the first lap or two. PLEASE CHECK YOUR PRE-BOOKED INSTRUCTION OR HELMET HIRE The session list also shows the pre-bookings for instruction and helmet hire. Please check that these are correct and let me know ASAP if there are any problems. IN-CAR CAMERAS If you plan to use a camera in your car, please note that suction mounts are only acceptable with an additional tie and helmet cameras are not acceptable.
