In case anyone did not receive the email, it is copied below: Hi Everyone, Attached is the event guide plus appendices for our Track Day at Anglesey circuit on Friday 13th October. These documents contain all you need to know about the organisation of the day before you arrive. [B]PLEASE ARRIVE IN GOOD TIME[/B] Sign-on begins at 07:30 and the driver briefing begins at 08:30 prompt. Please arrive at the circuit in good time as the you also have to do the noise test before the first track session. If you arrive after the briefing has started you will have to wait for sign on and a briefing and you may well miss your first session. The gates to the circuit will open at approximately 07:00. [B]PRINT OUT ALL INDEMNITY FORMS AND BRING THEM FULLY COMPLETED[/B] There are three indemnity forms, you can help speed up sign-on considerably and reduce queuing time if you print out and complete the indemnity forms. The MGoT indemnity form is a PDF attachment, the second PDF attachment is the L7C indemnity form and the third is the Anglesey Circuit specific Indemnity form. You must have one of each form for every driver and passenger, I will have some spares on the day. [B]ALL DRIVERS DON'T FORGET YOUR ROAD LICENCE[/B] Please don't forget your full licence, every driver has to produce their licence at the sign on, passengers do not need to fill in their licence details on the indemnity or produce it at sign on. All cars must be road legal and conform to current MOT standards where relevant, unless you have agreed otherwise with the MGoT committee in advance. [B]SESSION LIST[/B] There is one session for MGoT, on track at 09:00 until 9:20 and then on the hour until 17:00. Please be aware of your session and start time, it is the drivers responsibility to be in the pit lane in time for the start of their session. The list of participants and booked extras is attached to this e-mail. [B]PLEASE CHECK YOUR PRE-BOOKED INSTRUCTION OR HELMET HIRE[/B] The session list also shows the pre-bookings for instruction and helmet hire. Please check that these are correct. You might get want to ask James to send you or circulate the latest edition which has more detailed helmet info and also (importantly) the Health and Safety element...... Have a great day.
