02/11/2016 07:41:17 Dave P If any of the southern contingent are planning to stay overnight, a few of us are booked into the Premier Inn at Crewe (Nantwich), postcode CW5 6NE. We will meet up for a meal at the resturant on the site so anyone else stopping there or nearby is welcome to join us. For those who have not yet booked you are missing a great circuit! Lots of elevation changes as well as a good mix of fast and slow, technical corners to give you a real challange. Like Cadwell only more so! Still 9 places left so hurry up and book! Regards Dave

The day is being organised by Mazda on Track. We are taking a session in the morning and afternoon is open pit lane. The attached documents contain all you need to know about the organisation of the day before you arrive. PLEASE ARRIVE IN GOOD TIME Signing On starts at 7:30 Briefing 8.30 Sighting laps 9.00 Lunch 12.00 - 13.00 End Driving around 16.00 dependant on light. The event will be in 3 sessions per hour till lunch and then in open pit lane format for the afternoon. PRINT OUT BOTH INDEMNITY FORMS AND BRING THEM FULLY COMPLETED There are 3 indemnity forms (sorry!), our normal one, one for Mazda on Track and one for MSV who run the circuit and you can help speed up sign-on considerably and reduce queuing time if you print out and complete the indemnity forms in advance. You must have one of each form for every driver and passenger ALL DRIVERS DON'T FORGET YOUR ROAD LICENCE Please don't forget your full licence, every driver has to produce their licence at the sign on, passengers do not need to fill in their licence details on the indemnity or produce it at sign on. All cars must be road legal and conform to current MOT standards where relevant, unless you have agreed otherwise with the MGoT committee in advance. The first morning session runs from 9.00 to 9.20 then starting on the hour at 10.00 and 11.00). Please be aware of your session and start time, it is the drivers responsibility to be in the pit lane in time for the start of their session. The list of participants and sessions is in Appendix C attached to this e-mail.
