21/07/2015 06:00:43 Dave P Hi All, The format for Hethel is different to our usual track days as the day is being run by Lotus on Track with our cars running in a single session. LoT will send out the Event Guide together with theirs and Lotus Cars indemnities which you will need to complete and bring to sign-on at Hethel. As MGoT are organsing our group we also need you to complete our indemnity. All are attached. The following is the e-mail sent by LoT: [I]Please find attached final instructions for this coming Saturdays track day at Hethel – Lotus Cars. A few additional points: Hethel is the home of Lotus cars security is tight. When you arrive you will be held at the front security gate until 7.45am. To gain access we have to provide Lotus with a list of all persons permitted onsite. YOUR name will be included on that list automatically and you can of course bring a passenger in with you. However, if you have any friends attending to spectate you must email me their name by lunch time on Thursday and they must arrive with you at the start of the day. Cameras are not permitted. However, the use on onboard cameras is ok on circuit as long as mounted with a secure mount. It should be noted that we haven’t had any issues with these but should there be any Lotus hold the right to withdraw this permission without notice.
