In case you didn't receive them, the text of the e-mail and all attachments are posted here as well. The e-mail text was as follows: Hi Everyone, Attached is the event guide plus appendices for our Track Day at Pembrey circuit on Monday 13th July. These documents contain all you need to know about the organisation of the day before you arrive. [B]PLEASE ARRIVE IN GOOD TIME[/B] Sign-on begins at 07:30 in the Formula One Bar and the driver briefing begins at 08:15 prompt. Please arrive at the circuit in good time as the timings between start of sign on and the briefing are tight, you also have to do the noise test in this time. If you arrive after the briefing has started you will have to wait for sign on and a briefing and you may well miss your first session. [B]PRINT OUT THE INDEMNITY FORM AND BRING IT FULLY COMPLETED[/B] You can help speed up sign-on considerably and reduce queuing time if you print out and complete the indemnity form. You must have one of each form for every driver and passenger [B]ALL DRIVERS DON'T FORGET YOUR ROAD LICENCE[/B] Please don't forget your full licence – just the plastic part if you had a newer type licence or the paper part if you have the older type. Every driver has to produce their licence at the sign on, passengers do not need to fill in their licence details on the indemnity or produce it at sign on. Please check your licence expiry dates as the plastic licences have a shorter expiry date than the paper counterpart. All cars must be road legal and conform to current MOT standards where relevant, unless you have agreed otherwise with the MGoT committee in advance. [B]SESSION LIST [/B] There are three sessions two of which are MGoT sessions, on track at 0920 and 09:40. Please be aware of your session and start time, it is the drivers responsibility to be in the pit lane in time for the start of their session. The list of participants and sessions is in Appendix C attached to this e-mail. [B]PLEASE CHECK YOUR PRE-BOOKED INSTRUCTION OR HELMET HIRE[/B] The session list also shows the pre-bookings for instruction and helmet hire. Please check that these are correct.
