It contains all you need to know about the organisation of the day. Any major changes over the weekend and I’ll re-issue the session lists by e-mail on Monday midday. In any case, I’ll be making up the signing on envelopes on Monday morning, so these will be up to date. PLEASE ARRIVE IN GOOD TIME Sign-on begins at 07:45 in the Chequers Complex and the driver briefing begins at 08:25 in the same building. Please arrive at the circuit in good time. PRINT OUT BOTH INDEMNITY FORMS (MGoT Indemnity and MSV Registration Form) AND BRING COPIES FOR ALL YOUR PARTICIPANTS, FULLY COMPLETED You can help speed up sign-on considerably and reduce queuing time if you print out both forms and complete them before arriving. The MGoT indemnity form is Appendix A of the attached Event Guide. You must have one of each form for every driver and passenger. ALL DRIVERS - REMEMBER YOUR ROAD LICENCE Please don't forget your full licence - both the plastic and paper parts if you have the newer type. Every driver has to produce their licence at the sign on, passengers do not need to fill in their licence details on the indemnity or produce the licence at sign on. All cars must be road legal and conform to current MOT standards where relevant. SESSION LIST There is one MGoT session of 20 minutes each hour, starting on track at 09:20 and then 20 minutes past each hour, except for lunch break from 13.00 to 14.00. Please be aware of your session and start time; it is the driver’s responsibility to be in the pit lane in time for the start of their session. The list of participants is attached. (The other sessions are MSV cars on each hour and motorbikes at 40 minutes past each hour) PLEASE CHECK YOUR PRE-BOOKED INSTRUCTION OR HELMET HIRE The attached session list shows the pre-booked instruction slots and the pre-booked helmet hire. Please check that these are correct. Let me know ASAP if there are any additions or changes. I will probably have additional instructor slots at £14 each (cash only please), so please ask at signing on. I have spare helmets for hire if required. ANY QUESTIONS?
