Documents have been sent out to all participants but in case of e-mail problems, duplicated here: Please find attached important documents relating to your track day at Snetterton next Monday 11th May 2015. Please read them all carefully and check the session list to see if your details are correct. Sign on is in the Circuit Office at the end of the pit lane. This is a shared day with MSVT but we will have our own sign on desk, look for the notice on the door. Sign on starts at 7.30 with noise testing (105dB static) from around 8.00, by the petrol station. We have garage numbers 1 to 9 allocated to MGoT, so please only use these. Four cars will fit in a garage so we will have space for all of us. We are pleased that MSV are again offering Classroom Instruction to pass on tips and tricks about the circuit and help us improve our lines. These will be held in the briefing room. Attendance is not obligatory but highly recommended for all abilities. Note that there are two registration forms, one for MGoT and one for MSV. Please print both of these (one of each for all drivers and passengers), fill in both and have them with you as you join the check-in queue. Drivers will also need their licences, both plastic and paper parts for those of us with the latest style. Note also the ‘track limits’ document, something new for this year with MSV. If you find anything wrong with your details on the session list or have any questions relating to the day, please do not hesitate to contact me by e-mail or phone (07976 796213) Pease remember that this day has a single session for all MGoT cars so all abilities will be on track at the same time. Please give each other consideration; slower cars keep a good look out in your mirrors and let faster cars by; faster cars do not worry or tailgate slower cars. The Black Flag will be shown both to drivers overtaking without clear consent and to drivers causing queues behind them by not letting others by. Serial offenders may be sent home! Look forward to seeing you all there.
