Hello all Im Mark from ZandF Tuning Just enrolled my TF for Silverstone, looking forward to the day! To mention for those who dont know - I was one of the factory engineers behind the K series cars (ZR/TF etc) and now offer a uniquely effective ecu upgrade service for the four cylinder mems 3 models.. This gives better throttle response/midrange and around 8-10% power/economy gains.. ZandF remaps are now mandatory in all MG Car Club Trophy race cars for 2014 - I can offer to upgrade your engine to the same tune level (still road legal/emissions and reliability unaffected)!! The service is on offer at a discount £200 rate (normal charge is around £239), with the process taking 10-15 minutes between sessions including a diagnostic check.. Just post if interested, or email through the ZandF website.. See you there!

K upgrade Hi Mark Very good to see you're coming to Silverstone. I can testify what a marked difference your upgrade makes--you did mine about 18 months ago. Noticeable improvement in responsiveness and performance all the way through. I'm delighted with it. John

The remap makes such a difference to the way the car drives - much more responsive and just pulls all the way to 7450rpm. Well worth the money.

Hi Mark. I would definitely be interested in this. I was going to be talking to you soon anyway, having just had headgasket done with a couple of other changes by Dave from Derby. Question....As yet I haven't been able to change exhaust from standard. Would this make any difference to mapping if I can't get it done before?

I'll have the equipment with me for those interested at the track, card payments can be made through the website Road Upgrades page, or cash on the day if preferred.

Hi Mark. :) I have a 2004 Mk2 MG ZS 1.6 and would welcome another few BHP especially if it retains the economy as it is, or better! Can the ECU be posted to you as it's a 3 hour drive for me? What kind of increase are we looking at on this car? Cheers, Andrew.

Yes Can remap a posted ecu, or even supply another ready mapped unit set to plug and play.. The 1.6 remap gives better response/midrange and 5-8% power and economy gain. If you remap a different ECU won't this affect the alarm? I thought they were all matched together. If this is possible, how much is it for a posted one? I assume you'll want the old one in exchange.

Normal 1.6 remap charge is £219, can provide remapped ecu at £299 - £80 can be refunded on later exchange if required.
