08/10/2013 21:18:05 irandall And so 5 years after buying my TF and 3 years after going to the North Weald taster day I have finally got to my first track day. And what a great day! I guess I had all the usual worries of a first timer - will I get in the way, do something silly, cause a huge pile up, blow the engine etc etc - but no I survived and so did everyone else in my session and the car was just fantastic on the track. Met some very friendly fellow MGOT'ers, chased a few of them round the track and compared notes afterwards. Thanks to Tim Guy and all the other MGOT people for the welcome on the day. Now looking forward to the 2014 calendar.

There's a good chance that Steve Brand will be contacting you for a few words about your day and experience as a first timer to go into Safety Fast. The 2014 calendar is being developed by Steve Hill at the moment and is likely to be similar to this year's with maybe an extra circuit and a few timing tweaks. Look forward to meeting you again.
