I'd like to plea to any owners of modern MGs to get them on track. I recently took my MG6 Magnette on trackdays at Snetterton in November (booked through MSV) and Brands Hatch in December (with MGoT). It drove like a dream and handled both circuits (in the wet) faultlessly. I've driven trackdays since 2004 with a Rover 45 1.4, a few MG ZS 120s and a new TF135. The ZS has been for me, possibly the best trackday car - the Rover 45 handled like a boat, and the TF for me was too light at the front end - but the ZS ticked all the boxes, but now the 6 matches it and possibly beats it slightly. I enjoyed Brands Hatch more (I think because it was with MGoT), but Snetterton was so demanding and rewarding but sharing a track with a McLaren, Porsche and Ferrari for an open pitlane event did dampen it a bit. So if there are any members of the MG Car Club or Owners Club that are on here with MG6s, then get yourself booked for a trackday in 2013! If you're not a member of this forum yet and have an MG6 - then join up and go next year! You will not regret it!!

Aye to that Dave but you're likely preaching to the converted on here. Feel free to put the word out around other forums ;)
