Yes, you definitely weren't the only one... :o

My first ever spin... had to happen sometime. The Metro was fine, apart from the mud that managed to land on the roof! :D

I think yours was far more graceful Matt ;)

:D How can you say that Tim?... I did not say "Oh bill hooks" as Matt did and didn't spend too much time trying to get myself out of an 'awkward' position... Must be the experience of it Not being the first time!

Bit late for ploughing season Matt!:p And the Metro is front wheel drive so whats your excuse! Only joking it was very tricky out there.
Great day to finish this year though:)

Hi Steve,
Enjoyed that and pleased the only damage was to your pride :o
I like the comment about wondering why everybody was going so slow?? Perhaps there was a clue in the way you blasted past Dave Livingstone, one of the quicker drivers out there ;)
Or was it simply you are being paid by, ByBox - is leading the distribution REVOLUTION, whose sign you kissed  :D

Your 'spin off' charity would have made a fortune that day...
It would be easier to list the people that didn't spin rather than the people that did... some big names too!! ;)

Thanks Steve. A few laps of video are always worth a few memories :)
Including my spin at Clearways ;)

Now be fair Steve, I only threatened you with the charity donation if you did a third carousel on the same day
Nice driving in the second video and congratulations on getting MG E along again. I think we are going to have to start calling you "Scoop Brand" :D

Thank you Mr C... Always good to have a Video memory! ;)
I will always offer up my misdemeanour for all to see the error of my ways...It was very slippery out there even in the dry.
As you can see from the quote above, others will follow when they realise they were not the only ones...
Anyone else wish to 'own up' ? :o
Could possibly the longest thread ever !!:D

My second outing with MGoT, I spun off also. I didn't realise that when you hit wet grass you can spin 360 one way then 180 back the other all in one graceful movement! :( I also spun off at Donington, need some tyres with tread on or some driving lessons! :o

Hi Rich,
You may have noticed that when you go onto wet grass things often speed up slightly as well
As to the second comment, I can say one thing, INSTRUCTION - the best way to improve performance for £12 a session or even better COACHING all the afternoon sessions with an instructor - when not just lines, braking and turn in are covered but driving technique as well for an even better £30 :D

I think it's safe to say that the maintenance people would have a lot of work to do to get their grass back into pristine condition... ;)
Anyhow, here's my lot:

Thanks Matt.
You followed me through traffic for a good while in session 5; was hoping you caught my spin but alas.
