Booking for this Lotus on Track day is via their website so we don't have a list of MGoT participants. Please add your name here if you are going so we know how many MGs will be there. Starting with - Me!
Have to say I do a double take every time I see that :D
Get over it you tart! ! ! ;) Had it out at Goodwood again last Saturday, suspension set up right for me now, not quite as firm as Trevor likes it but firm enough that it doesn't porpoise anymore. Just bloody awsome, found the rev limiter at 7200 in 4th, Trevor certainly has developed a lovely car over the years, I have never been around Goodwood as quick as I did last weekend. :D
..... found the rev limiter at 7200 in 4th
:) Goodwood is the only circuit where I ever needed to go into 5th gear. But take care when changing down again - 5th to 4th is not something you do often on a race circuit and you may remember what happened to me one time
- 5th to 4th is not something you do often on a race circuit and you may remember what happened to me one time
I think I can 2nd guess Dave ;) - Two places I found the rev limiter, late in the day on really dry track and my confidence in the cars abilities had grown. Going through Fordwater at an indicated 120 and then up into 5th down towards St Mary's. Then towards the end of the Lavant striaght going towards Woodcote (Shell Oils building) into 5th just after the slight left kink on the straight  If you know what I mean by that contradiction :)

I am also bound for Bedford too now. Let's hope any white stuff due to fall shortly has long gone by the 19th !!! See you all there.
