That me seem like a frustrating answer for you, but believe me the committee are working hard to put next years programme together. It is hard work and frustrating for them, at times one can feel like a dog chasing its tail trying to pin circuits down for a firm date. Also if you are new to the club you may not be aware there are no paid or full time staff. It is run entriely by a voluntary committee in their spare time.

On this basis, would I be legible to attend the Silverstone GP TD in March which states that 'First Timers are not legible' as this will be my first MGoT event? I also hope to attend a further Club MSV TD prior to the MGoT event in March. Thanks, Doug

Thanks, Doug[/QUOTE] Hi Doug, I believe I am right in saying that as long as you have done at least one track day, then you are eligible to attend Silverstone, it doesn't have to have been with MGoT. this is a condition of the track hire contract with the circuit and nothing to do with us as a club. I'm sure if I have misinterpreted this someone will be along soon to correct me!
