Once the event has sold out it automatically changes to the reserve list and the only names on there are those that clicked the interested button before it sold out. John, or any of us, can't access that list to remove non-genuine reserves or add those who want to be reserves. Hence one of the many reasons we are working on a new web site. That is why we ask people to e-mail event manager with their details, as you say John has acknowledged your request don't worry you are certainly on his radar if/when we get a cancellation.
