It contains all you need to know about the organisation of the day before you arrive. [B]Please arrive in good time[/B] Sign-on begins at 07:15 and the driver briefing at 08:15. Please arrive in good time to sign-on, attend the briefing as well as noise test and prepare your car. [B]Print out both indemnity forms and bring them fully completed[/B] You can help speed up sign-on considerably and reduce queuing time if you print out the attached indemnity forms (Appendix A and B) and bring them with you fully completed, Please ask your 2nd drivers and passengers to do the same. Please note that there are two indemnity forms - one for MGoT and for MSV (the circuit owners). [B]Don't forget your road licence[/B] Please don't forget your full licence - both the plastic and paper parts if you have the newer type. All cars must be road legal and conform to current MOT standards unless you have agreed otherwise with me in advance. [B]Please check the session lists[/B] The session list is attached (Appendix C) - please check your session allocation and take note of the timetable in the event guide. • The MG Red group is predominantly the more experienced drivers and/or faster cars. • The MG Green group is the less experienced drivers and/or slower cars. • The Blue group is a mix of Hondas on Track and MGs on Track. More weighting is given to experience than the car's power! It is possible that I have the wrong driver experience level for you if you haven't updated your user profile recently. At this stage it is difficult to swap groups around if there are errors, but if you have a real problem in your session allocation, then please let me know and I'll see what I can do. First timers should receive a further email from Dave Pearce, the committee member organising the first-timer programme for the day.
