Dave
Hello everyone,

Attached is your event guide for our Track Day at Goodwood circuit on Monday, 31st October. It contains all you need to know about the organisation of the day before you arrive. Please read it carefully. Please arrive in good time
Sign-on begins at 07:30 and the driver briefing begins at 08:20 prompt. Please arrive at the circuit in good time. If you arrive after the briefing has started you will have to wait for sign on and a briefing and you may well miss your first session. Those of you in the first session must get through the noise test in between signing on and the briefing. Those of you in subsequent sessions can be noise tested whilst the first session is running.

Print out both indemnity forms and bring them fully completed
There are two indemnity forms. You can help speed up sign-on considerably and reduce queuing time if you print out the indemnity forms and bring them fully completed. Both the MGoT indemnity form and the Goodwood indemnity form are attached as PDF documents. You must have one of each form for every driver and passenger. You will need to bring your road driving licence
Please don't forget your full licence - both the plastic and paper parts if you have the newer type. Every driver has to produce their licence at the sign on. Passengers do not need a licence and can ignore that section of the indemnity form. All cars must be road legal and conform to current MOT standards where relevant, unless you have agreed otherwise with the MGoT committee in advance.

Please check your pre-booked instruction or helmet hire
There are four sessions - 09:00, 09:15, 09:30 and 09:45. Please be aware of your session and start time. It is the driver’s responsibility to be in the pit lane in time for the start of their session. The list of participants and sessions is at the bottom of the MGoT event guide. The session list also shows the pre-bookings for instruction and helmet hire. Please check that these are correct and contact me before the day if you think there is a mistake. Don't forget fuel!
Please make sure you have a full tank of fuel before arriving at the circuit. There is no on-site refuelling. There is an Esso on the A27 at Tangmere (if coming from East), a Sainsburys at the roundabout on the East end of the Chichester bypass and a Tescos in Chichester. Any questions?
I will be your event manager for the day, so please feel free to email me or call me with any questions. I look forward to seeing you all there. Regards, Dave Livingstone dave@mgs-on-track.com 07740 582830.
