Thanks for me too I'd like to echo the sentiment too - thanks to all for organising another great day. Special thanks to Jonathan Hall for his technical support (charity donation on its way) and to David Keeling for giving us a rotor arm that got us mobile again - true gents, both! Cheers Martin.
thanks to the team if only we could do this every day:D
I know where you're coming from Paul.............but I don't think Dave and I could stand the pace :p Thanks to all for the feedback the team (committee) really do appreciate it. It was really great to see you all yesterday and what a terrific selection of cars........just fantastic :D

I didn't have much to do with the preparation and didn't get involved with any issues on the day. Great job and thanks Martin and Dave :) Great to see Dave back with us and expertly doing his managing stuff. Even nicer to see him back on track, taking the opportunity to sneak in a session at the end of the day after a few had left early. Thanks also to Martin Holmes for organising the meal the evening before. Despite somewhat shonky service, I think a great time and a lot of good crack was had by all. From my perspective, it really adds to the enjoyment of the event to have a few jugs and a meal together. .

Mr. Ex-Chairman and pillar of MGoT, after much arm twisting by Fran and myself did two sessions. Boy was he sweating after the second, and the sweat was slightly red? Then Pete Smith sussed it, it was the rustiness coming out  Indeed I forgot to also to thank Martin for organising the evening meal, great crack and I enjoyed my side order of chips being my pudding....................mind you so did Dick "Dasterdly" Owens who helped clear the bowl

Total agreement with all the above, and you even fixed the weather - at least ten days in advance according to the long-range forecasts. If I can find a way to get the video from the camera to my pc I can look forward to a great memento of the day. And the other job is to stop the exhaust from touching the subframe and making a horrible racket. Only does it when it's really hot!

Very Big Thanks..... to ALL of the MGOT committee for organising yet another well run day... from the previous evening's meal (which started off as 3 and ended up as 18!) through to very efficient signing on and ultimately getting us out on track and also supplying perfect Track Day weather ! I dont think we appreciate the work that goes on behind the scenes to put on events like this throughout the year...well done chap's and chapesses (fran) It was good to meet some new faces and also join up with the more 'seasoned ones' :D As usual, I have provided a video of the day...and if I didn't get you all in, then slow down a bit and let me catch up !!!! :p

It was certainly an interesting day. The new layout provide some good challenges. I was in the yellow ZR, the one that span midway through Luffield and ended up facing a Grey ZT-T. It's my first spin and not one I care to repeat anytime soon. Overall a good day.

Very many thanks to all the organisers and really good to see Dave again. Great to get to drive the new 'Arena' circuit for the first time, bit of a tight last LH corner towards the end of the infield part to get back on to the old 'Club' straight! Just as I was really getting to enjoy the first session after lunch, it went on to what sounded like 3 cylinders coming out of Vale, so we missed the last 2 sessions, but thanks to all the help offered to identify the problem. As we live near Oxford, we limped back home and it turned out to be the head gasket between 1 & 2, caused by high speed detonation, which has also burnt 2 of the fairly new pistons. Long tale, but an error a number of years ago by a very well known tuning company resulted in a CR of 11:1! After going to Peter May's (he is not the problem!) this morning, he suggested getting a special, thicker gasket to reduce it to around 10.5:1, which is what it should have been all along! Hopefully will be able to put it all back together this coming weekend with 4 new pistons etc. Thanks again to Martin and the team. Richard & Julian

That was me in the Grey ZT-T. Didn't quite know which way to go but no paint swapped so all's well! Cheers Will

Indeed, no harm done. From my point of view my ego took a small hit and the engine had a wobbler(I have a quick vid of the spin). I hope I didn't screw up your flow too much. That is a very tidy ZT-T, it's nice to see cars looked after like that.

What an excellent day, :) thanks to all the organisers for a really good friendly day, cars all looked excellent, and I thought it might have been your hose steve or at least hoped it was, still hopefully no major damage. On another note though I am considering selling my car TF, Black reg R13 MGT,to make space for a new project, about 200bhp engine, mods to engine suspension cost about £8-£10K, will list some mods in the for sale section and will put on e bay in a couple of weeks time, car is quicker than cup cars and reliable, everthing has been renewed. Thanks to all for a great day good pics too !:D
