Hi Ollie, welcome to MGoT
The good news is that the garages are free. It's a first come basis but there's plenty of car space as long as people don't spread themselves out too much. Trailers need to be left by your garage in the paddock area, leaving enough room for others to drive in. We tend return to the garages via the paddock. That way the people needing to get out into the pit lane for the next session will be at the front.
Check in, by the way, will be in the race control building far left of the paddock as you face the pit lane.
The not so good news is that we don't get overnight access to the circuit so you'll need to park your rig in the hotel car park.
Where are you staying; most are in the Premiere or Travel Lodge and it looks like we'll be getting together in the Green Man for dinner and a couple..
Watch the forum for social developments.
Cheers
Tim

Thanks Tim,
That's some good and bad news about the garages then! Will have a think but I suspect I shall just come up in the morning.
I also see we have to bring both parts of our driving licence, why is this? I will have to try and find the paper part, no idea where it is....
Let's hope it's nice and dry!

Hi Ollie,
Welcome to MGoT, I'm waiting to talk to SIlverstone about possible overnight trailer only parking, but contact out at the moment.
We need to see the paper part of the licience because that has any endorsements on it, we need to know licenses are valid as the circuit contract we have states "all drivers must hold a valid license for the class of vehicle they are driving".
Will post an answer on parking as soon as I have one.
