Here is the email I sent out today - the event guide and MSV indemnity are attached to this post in PDF format: IMPORTANT, If you have any questions regarding this event then please e-mail Martin Charles at martinc@mgs-on-track.co.uk Hello everyone, Attached is the event guide for our Track Evening at Brands Hatch Indy circuit on Tuesday, 18th May. It contains all you need to know about the organisation of the day before you arrive. PLEASE ARRIVE IN GOOD TIME Sign-on begins at 15:45 and the driver briefing begins at 16:55 prompt. Please arrive at the circuit in good time as being an evening with only four sessions, if you arrive late you may miss your first session. PRINT OUT BOTH INDEMNITY FORMS AND BRING THEM FULLY COMPLETED There are two indemnity forms, you can help speed up sign-on considerably and reduce queuing time if you print out the indemnity forms. The MGoT form is in the event guide PDF Appendix A, the second is the MSV indemnity form in the separate PDF. You must have one of each form for every driver and passenger DON'T FORGET YOUR ROAD LICENCE Please don't forget your full licence - both the plastic and paper parts if you have the newer type. Every driver has to produce their licence at the sign on, passengers do not need to fill in their licence details on the indemnity or produce it at sign on. All cars must be road legal and conform to current MOT standards unless you have agreed otherwise with the MGoT committee in advance. SESSION LIST There is only one MGoT session, on track at 17:45, 18:20, 19:00 and 19:40. The list of participants is in the MGoT event guide PDF Appendix B PLEASE CHECK YOUR PRE-BOOKED INSTRUCTION OR HELMET HIRE Appendix B also shows the pre-bookings for instruction and helmet hire. Please check that these are correct. Finally Please make sure you have a full tank of fuel before arriving at the circuit, there is only 20 minutes between each of your sessions and it would be a big rush to dash off and fill up between sessions. ANY QUESTIONS? Please feel free to email me or call me with any questions before the day. I will be the clubs representative on the day and will be at sign on. I hope you all have a great evening.

I have... ... an iddy-bitty problem. I have lost a major filling and the first dental appointment I can get is 1320 on Tuesday. It takes me just on the hour to get to Brands, M25 permitting. I should make it in time, but just in case I am delayed, you know why. I have driven the Indy circuit before, but I appreciate that I still need a driver briefing. See all y'all on Tuesday. Rgds, Paul

Thanks for the heads up Paul, at least with your experience you know the form, as long as you are there by briefing time we can whizz through your paperwork, just don't leave it on the printer ;) Martin
