Thanks[/quote] It varies according to track operator. MSV circuits, for example, specify 14 years but the passenger indemnity needs to be countersigned by the child's parent or legal guardian.

30/05/2009 19:21:35 Dave Just for the record, I've always understood most circuits to specify 16 years. However, we have recently changed our indemnity to specify a minimum of 18 years to avoid the complexities of countersignatures by parents or guardians. I know that may seem a little harsh, but over the years we have had very few young passengers.
