Just a quick question. What is the minimum age for a passenger as my nephew is down from Scotland when this is on and i know he'd love to have a couple of laps if possible. Thanks

Thanks[/quote] It varies according to track operator. MSV circuits, for example, specify 14 years but the passenger indemnity needs to be countersigned by the child's parent or legal guardian.

Just for the record, I've always understood most circuits to specify 16 years. However, we have recently changed our indemnity to specify a minimum of 18 years to avoid the complexities of countersignatures by parents or guardians. I know that may seem a little harsh, but over the years we have had very few young passengers.
