I have a few 'out of office' postmaster replies from those of you who use a work email address. Please download the event guide and indemnities from the above post.
Copy of email
Dear All
After much work in the background over helmets we have them spare and piled high in the corner. We have MSV assurance that they will not be checking on helmets (and nor will MGoT). MSV have also finally come up with some spares. Those who have emailed me requesting helmets due to theirs not conforming may wish not to take up the hire helmet. I have therefore deleted all helmet hire other than those which were pre-paid on the website. Rest assured if you do decide you need one on the day there will be plenty to go around.
Please find attached, the event guide, check in list, MSV indemnity and MGoT indemnity.
Please print out the indemnities and complete them in advance to save time at check in. Everyone, whether driver or passenger needs to fill in both the MGoT and MSV forms.
It will also help everyone move through the check in desk quickly if you have your driving licence paper part out of its plastic envelope ready for MSV staff to check. (You will of course also need the card bit.)
Fran or I will also be stood alongside the check in desk to sort out any queries and Joe Phillips will be looking after the helmets. If you have pre booked a helmet or need one on the day, please check in first, then go to see Joe.
Looking forward to seeing you all and having a great day on track.
Regards
