31/12/2008 10:40:13 Gareth Evans This looks like a fantastic oppertunity for any newbies to build confidence and see what track time in your own car is all about, at a low price to. I wanted to start track days years ago but didnt have the confidence to go ahead until I took the jump last year, I wish I had gone on one of these years ago. I would be there myself (only done 2 track days so far) but am on a track day the day before. MG on track should get credit for it to because I dont think any other club do it. So if you your a MG / Rover newby get booked up, it only costs the same as 30 minutes karting.

We've run NW days in January with ice and snow on the ground - it made for a brilliant day as it thawed through the day and so went from snow to slush to wet and finally to dry all in one day. People had a whale of a time :) The weather forecast for Harlow is 7 degrees and cloudy with 9mph westerly - so pretty reasonable for a February day at North Weald. You'll all be tucked up in your cars anyway, but I'm happy to have reasonable weather - the last one we did I had to stand around with an umbrella most of the day! Not sure what the problem is with your pm count. Mine looks normal. There have been a few quirks with the site as you know frm trying to book - the webmaster moved us to a new server the other day and these have resulted from that move. Maybe it's one of those. If anyone else reading this can see a similar problem please let me know. Cheers, Dave
