03/12/2008 17:55:18 Dave Attached is the event guide for our Track Day at Brands Hatch Indy this coming Monday, 8th December. It contains all you need to know about the organisation of the day before you arrive. Please read it carefully and check that your booking details are correct, including your helmet hire and instruction if applicable (details in Appendix A of the event guide). Please confirm by email that you have received this guide. Thanks. PLEASE ARRIVE IN GOOD TIME Sign-on begins at 07:30 and the driver briefing begins at 08:20. There is also a static noise test to complete. PRINT OUT THE INDEMNITY AND BRING IT FULLY COMPLETED The MGoT indemnity is in Appendix B of the event guide. Please print this out and bring it with you fully completed for all drivers and passengers. This will speed up the sign-on considerably and reduce queuing time for all. I'm afraid that there will also be a Brands indemnity form. I am trying to get an electronic copy of that so that I can send that to you before the day as well. Please watch your email over the next couple of days. DON'T FORGET YOUR ROAD LICENCE Please don't forget your full licence - both the plastic and paper parts if you have the newer type. All cars must be road legal and conform to current MOT standards unless you have agreed otherwise with the MGoT committee in advance. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SESSION ALLOCATION AND PRE-BOOKED INSTRUCTION OR HELMET HIRE The session list is attached - please check your session allocation and take note of the timetable. Also please check that we have the right pre-bookings for either instruction or helmet hire.
