27/11/2008 10:24:48 bchadwick I had an excellent day at Oulton Park, my first ever trackday that I have driven my own car on, I have attended a couple before with my brother as a passenger but now I have done the driving bit I certainly will be doing more across 2009. I think my TF160 has just about coolled down now, it is amazing that most of the attendee's drive to the circuit, then drive our cars hard most of the day and then drive home and the MG's didn't miss a beat ! Great to meet new people and learn from you all and talk about your cars and your experiences at other circuits etc. I did have 1 spin at Oulton tried to get around lodge to quick and around I went, trying a little to hard on the afternoon session, but no problems and thankfully didn't disrupt anyone and didn't cause any stoppages to the session. I was impressed by all on the day, the set up, the marshalls, Oulton Park and the team behing MG's on track, a great day and I will certainly recommend to my mates with MG's. See you all again in 2009:)
