I can only say this, "That was one awsome day", It is the first time I've wished we had more sessions at the end of the day, a truely challenging drivers track. For me not just one, but five great corners, although as Neil said probably a whole different place if it is damp. To the committee 10/10 for booking this place. :D To Neil and his partner 10/10 for the way you handled a difficult start to the day. :D To everybody on track 10/10 the etiquette was without fault :D To the MGs-on-Track weather angel 10/10 :D To MSV 1/10 for the sign on organisation. :p Please, please can we go back here again, because the 460 mile round trip was well worth it. See you all at Brands :D Cheers, Martin.

I need a little news story for the website's home page plus something for either Safety Fast or Enjoying MG magazine next month. If any of the first-timers fancy writing up their experiences, it always makes a good magazine article and encourages more people to join in the fun.

Thanks to the organisers for letting me play with with my K-series midget. It was most interesting trying to get the car round the track on road tyres instead of slicks, stopping was quite a challenge. The most amusing part was the car oversteering in 4th gear on the bump on the exit of Druids. The least amusing was the ignition fuse failing on the exit from the pits one session - so much for modern technology! Thanks to all those who were so understanding when passing us when my wife had a drive and decided she didn't like the car at all, apparently its not a patch on her road MX5 or the caterham we hired earlier in the year for her on Anglesey circuit. So its seems I have to sell the K-series midget but a caterham might be on the shopping list, failing that another race a-series midget I think. If you know of anyone who wants a road legal race/track day k-series midget do let me know! Also a big thank you for sorting out the weather for us. Chris
