Its a well known car with a lot of history, having been built by Julius Thurgood in the 80's, raced by Brian Halford and Richard Dawe in the BCV8 championship and seen plenty of recent track action at Donnington, Silverstone and Castle Combe. It sounds beautiful when the straight 6 gets going, and handles and brakes very much like a race car rather than an MGC. Very compliant and friendly handling on the limit. It was even catching Caterhams up in braking zones on a trackday we did earlier this year!
