What a fab day, prob the only Croft day I remember where it hasn't rained. Some great cars there as ever, superb ettiquette from all.
Good to meet up with Cliff (Neale) again now with the awesome looking & sounding X-Power MG V8 (2 sessions) and Darren (Rostron) also with V8 power (and V8 fuel bills)!
Hope you didn't mind an interlopper in your midst in the form of my Lotus Elise, I always like to get a few laps in myself and thanks to Dave for allowing me that privilege.
I was running my onboard video & data-logger and have just posted a few clearish laps on YouTube if anyones interested. The Video has data overlay from the data logger givings speeds, g-forces and lap times (trackday legal as only available post-process).

Tim,
The Data-Logger is Race-Technology DL1, retails for £500+vat http://www.racetechnology.com It's a black-box, GPS + Accelerometer based Data-Logger with very sophisticated analysis software. One of the options is to output the data as a text data file which you can then feed into a product called Trackvision ($200) http://www.trackvision.net along with a video of the same session to create the overlay.
The recorder I use is a "Mobibox" which is a small solid-state, consumer based video-recorder/MP3 Player/Photo Viewer etc. Quality is VHS at best, 640x480 res, hi-fps and medium bitrate. You need a bulletcam to feed it (mine is a 520TVL 3.6mm one) and a mic and power adapter, total cost prob under £300 but there are many other alternatives now on the market.
You can of course use any camcorder, the reason I use the mobibox is that it uses SD-Card so transfer to PC is quick, also with bulletcams you can switch lenses, onboard stuff generally looks better (IMO) with a wide-angle lens (i.e. 3.6mm) capturing the steering wheel movements.
I'm just about to get hold of a new product from Race Technology which is absolutely state of the art. It's a recorder that takes 4 bulletcam inputs, has unlimited options for layout and data display and li It's links directly with the data so no manual synching (like you have to do with Trackvision). This also has the ability to show video, fully synched, alongside the data in the analysis program. It's called video4 but it's much more expensive, I beleive at around £800+vat for the recorder.

Sorry Trevor, missed your post. You can upload a zip file containing multiple photos up to 2MB (or is it 3MB)
