Hi All, I am hoping to book this day shortly but am after a bit of encouragment before hand. Ive never done a track day before but have been to a few, never driven tho. Attend most rally / track events in the North East so croft is very local for me. Been to the Jack Frost stages the past 4 years, perhaps looking to enter my car this year. My one question is that the majority of Mg's attending are MGF's, I have been building my Rover 214 for about 8 months now. The spec is pretty good, but I would hate to be the odd one out, are there any ZR's attending? I will post a bit more spec on the car later because im at work, but its orange for a start (so you might see my point) lol  Also how can i get the discounted price? I have been on rovertech.net, mg-rover.org themgzr.co.uk for about 4 years now, not a subscriber tho? Cheers Ian

Welcome Ian. The number of ZR's at our events is certainly on the increase, although I can't guarantee how many will be at Croft. Gary Dawson drives one and attends many days, he'll probably reply to your post later. Regarding price, as we are part of the MGCC, we offer a reduction to MGCC members. All you have to do is join the MGCC and you will become eligible. The same terms are also offered to fully paid subscribers to the .org forum. In either case you will need to update your profile with your membership number before making your booking. To see the benefits of MGCC membership look here www.mgcc.co.uk What ever you decide to do we hope that you will join us at Croft. Cheers Steve Secretary MGoT

Hi Ian Just seen your spec and pics, very impressive, it must have taken you many hours of work. I can't tell from your post, but must point out that all cars at our days must be road legal, ie. have a valid and current MOT certificate. Cheers Steve

Hi Ian and welcome to MGs On Track ... I am sure you will have a great time with us on track as there is a good variety of cars and performance ...At least 3 ZRs at Snetty ... Your car certainly looks the business and you must have spent hours working on it .... Regret I will not be at Croft as it is too far to travel from the south coast .. Maybe next year .... My tip for our events ... Pay attention to the briefing and check your mirrors frequently .... Hope to meet you one day ... Cheers ..Gary ..
