06/01/2008 17:44:47 CR15COX I'm still relatively new to this family :) but have been wondering about an RR day. im not sure if this has been arranged before?? Ive kinda discussed it with another member and was just wondering how many people, if any, would be interested?? If we can get enough people and find a suitable venue for all concerned it could be a fun day with a bit of a BHP battle going on ;) Failing that, does anyone know of a mobile RR company that might be interested in turning up to a track / activity day? Just a thought...:D

We've run quite a few RR days over the years, but never tried a mobile company. I'm in two minds whether a track day is a good venue for this. Also, we'd need to check whether a circuit would allow it in the paddock. Let me see if we can drum up support for our usual RR day.

06/01/2008 18:11:34 CR15COX [b]RR day[/b] Sounds good to me Dave, yeah i know what you mean about a track day not really being suited with track time and cool down time all being pretty tight as it is, but how about the Activity type days you do? ive not been to one of these yet but want to this year, could a mobile RR be incorporated in to one of these??

Their insurance or the airfield might have some problems. We're actually having some format changes forced upon the activity days due to the airfield changing the availability of certain areas of tarmac. The MGoT committee are literally just trying to decide if and how to go ahead with them this year.
