I have decided to sell the former Japan Cup race car that I own. This car is one of around 40 that were built to race in Japan, with the plaque on the "pacel shelf" to prove originality. In 2003 the car was brought back to Britain and then converted to Abingdon Trophy race spec, which included changing the engine for a 1.8VVC one, and was raced in the MGF Challenge series, winning several races. The car is fitted with a Cobra Sportline driver's seat with 5 point harness and standard MGF passenger seat. There is a fully integrated fire extinguisher system and engine cut off. The car has a full roll cage and a race hard top with a Japan Cup plaque. This car will be supplied with 2 sets of wheels. One set is fitted with Dunlop D01J tyres and the other set has Yokohama A539 tyres. This car is registered for use on the road, so would also make an ideal track day car. £4750 ono http://www.mgs-on-track.com/gallery/showfull.php?photo=6478
