For those using the Dartford Crossing to get to Brands, it may be useful to note that the new 'free flowing system' starts on the 30th Nov. The upside is that queues should be reduced but the downside is it will not be possible to make a payment at the booths [which will be gradually removed before spring 2015]. For non account holders, remote payment has to be made by phone, web etc within 24? hours. Unfortunately I am unable to make it this time but I wish everyone an enjoyable and safe day.
